Super Simple Guacamole

There is nothing better than a perfect, ripe avocado. As we are a family of five, we do a lot of shopping at Costco! They have wonderful big bags of avocado, so when they all turn up ripe at the same time, we know it's going to be taco night! This guacamole is the simplest and most delicious topping or dip.  Also good for that avocado toast.
